i received this product for christmas, and the box did not contain the power cable for the subwoofer. after contacting samsung and waiting 3 hours for support, i was told that i would have to spend additional money to purchase the missing ah81-09826a cable. this will be my last purchase of a samsung part ever, and i've been buying their phones since the s5. their support is terrible and the soundbar is decent at best.

Missing Subwoofer Power Cord

it came without the power cord for the subwoofer, which seems like a stupid way to save a couple of bucks. soundbar sounds fine, but it's dumb that i have to purchase the power cord separate for the subwoofer, which is half of the purchase.

i purchased a new samsung 70” tv and wanted a new soundbar to go along woth it. i purchased a few different models of samsung without going to the most expensive. i was spending roughly around $300-$400 until i found this one. the bass hits hard and the sound is crystal clear. i did pair it with the rear wireless 9100s anf it sounds awesome. less expensive sometimes is better.

sounds great- any review that says tv alone sounds better obviously didnt hook it up correctly- base is deep, subwoofer is awesome addition to the sound bar and its all bluetooth- no wires- also sinked my phone to it so plays my entire music library and itunes- highly recommend

the sound of this device is great and the subwoofer really does kick. my issue is trying to connect it to my alexa‘s. it is not listed as a product in the smart things app so i cannot get it connected to be able to pair it with my alexa devices. it’s frustrating because i wanted it for music so i have to use it by itself until i figure that out. but as far as functionality, it sounds great!
