This would be a great speaker if 1. Able to connect with Samsung home theater systems, and play simultaneously. 2. Were completely rechargeable. Create a docking base or something where I can take it outside minus chords. 3. Seems like my no name brand rechargeable bluetooth speaker sounds about the same. 4. Allow anyone who owns this to be able to send back to Samsung for a replacement after you have upgraded it to a better model, with no extra money to send. I know it's a lot, we pay good money your products and want them to outshine others for years.

I added this to my Samsung sound bar and two R1 speakers and it rounds out a large rooms sound perfectly. Easy to setup easy to use and works great with Smartthings as an added bonus

Buyer beware. If you use advanced security features on your router, like MAC Filtering, this speaker will not work. About 10 phone calls to Support were useless. All they did was read instructions that I can find in the manual. They clearly did not understand this product. I had to log on to my router and turn off my MAC Filtering to discover the issue. Support maintains that the speaker does not have a MAC Address, so I can't add it to my access list. Terrible software design.
