we are big samsung supporters. all our tv's are samsung. purchased 1 of these soeakers and loved it so much, i got one for my daughter. worked great at first... horrible now. cant ever connect. wasted money, worst purchase. do not recommend.

After the latest Android update (10) the Samsung media app crashes when you try to bring it up. Since that is the only way to use the speaker it's now collecting dust. This had been an issue for over 3 months and Samsung hasn't fixed it yet. If you are a buyer with a Android phone- beware.

I really was impressed by these speakers. Great sound at all levels without distorsion. But the app... what a shame! A great product with a lousy app. Samsung should refund us all !

after updating to android 10 the multi room app stopped working .... This issue is ver specified on the android app since September 2019 and no update on the app has been yet release which makes this speaker useless unless you only want to use it as a Bluetooth speaker

The bass on the speaker is terrible once you turn it up the bass distorts terribly I would not recommend the speaker for the money
